Refund policy

This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for orders placed at cooklio.shop. We want every Cooklio purchase to work the way it should.
30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking information. Requests submitted after this window cannot be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, an item must meet the following conditions:
- The item is unused and in resalable condition
- The item is in its original packaging, with all included accessories and components
- You can provide your order number or proof of purchase
To start a return, email info@cooklio.shop with your order number and the reason for your return. Once approved, we will send you return instructions and a return address. Items shipped back without an approved return request will not be accepted and cannot be refunded.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Items showing visible signs of use, wear, or damage not caused during shipping
- Gift cards
- Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase
Defective Products
If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect β for example, a mechanism that does not operate as intended or a component that does not fit or lock correctly β contact us within 30 days of delivery with a description of the issue and a photo or short video if possible. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including return shipping where applicable.
Damaged Products
If your order arrives visibly damaged from shipping, please keep the item, its packaging, and the shipping box, and contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or refund once the damage has been confirmed.
Electronics & Rechargeable Products
Some Cooklio products are rechargeable or battery-powered, including self-stirring mugs, portable blenders, and digital kitchen scales. For these items:
- Test the product within 7 days of delivery to confirm it powers on, charges, and operates correctly
- If the unit does not power on, fails to hold a charge, or does not function as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a free replacement or refund
- Please retain the original charging cable and any included accessories, as these may be required for troubleshooting or replacement processing
- Returns of electronic items must include all original components to qualify for a full refund
Exchanges
We do not process direct product-for-product exchanges. If you would like a different item or variant, return your original item under this policy for a refund, then place a new order for the item you want. This is the fastest way to receive the correct product.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns resulting from our error, including defective items, shipping damage, or an incorrect item shipped, return shipping is free. For returns made for any other reason within the eligibility window above, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated in the return approval email.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the funds to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your approval email and you have not received your refund, contact us and we will look into it.
