This Shipping Policy explains how Cooklio processes, ships, and delivers orders to customers within the United States. Please review this page before placing your order.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) after payment is confirmed. Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next available business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout, followed by a separate shipping confirmation email once your order has left our facility.

  • Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days β€” Free
  • Express Shipping: 5–8 business days β€” $10.00 USD

Cooklio currently ships to addresses within the United States only.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates listed above reflect transit time after an order has shipped and do not include the 1–3 business day processing window. Total time from order placement to delivery is generally the processing time plus the selected shipping method's transit time.

Shipping Delays

While we work to meet the delivery estimates listed above, shipping times are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to high order volume, severe weather, regional carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the stated estimate, please contact our support team and we will look into it on your behalf.

Order Tracking

A tracking number is included in your shipping confirmation email once your order ships. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after your order leaves our facility.

Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. Cooklio is not responsible for delayed or failed delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout. If you notice an error shortly after placing your order, contact us immediately β€” we can correct it only if the order has not yet shipped.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and any building reception or mailroom, and allow 1–2 business days, as carriers occasionally mark packages delivered slightly early. If your package still cannot be located, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date and we will investigate with the carrier and work toward a resolution.

If tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, contact us and we will follow up with the carrier directly on your behalf.

Rechargeable & Electronic Kitchen Products

Some items, including self-stirring mugs, portable blenders, and digital kitchen scales, contain batteries or rechargeable components. These items are shipped in accordance with standard carrier requirements for consumer electronics and may occasionally require additional handling time during processing.
